RECIPE
FOR THE PRAWN OR SHRIMPSMarinate with Fish Spice garlic and lemon juice add butter and cook on stove for 3-4 minutes only Remove and cool to add to cooked chicken last
FOR THE CHICKEN
Marinate
1 kg cubed chicken fillets
3 - 4 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) or butter
1 finely chopped onion
with 1 teaspoon garlic and
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon green chilli paste
1 teaspoon crushed jeera
1 teaspoon Crushed Lemon pepper or black crushed
½ teaspoon white chilli powder
1 tablespoon chicken spice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
when the chicken is almost done add
Handful Chopped Robot peppers
(handful chopped mushroom. And sweetcorn optional cookI left this out)
