In a pot:Liquidise 3 tomatoesAdd origanum½ teaspoon Salt½ teaspoon Red chillies1 tablespoon garlic sauce1 tablespoon mustard sauce1 tablespoon Peri peri sauce1 tablespoon Tomato sauce2 tablespoon Tomato puree½ teaspoon Dhana jeerooCook till thick..set aside..
White sauce2 tablespoon flour2 tablespoon butter..mix and make a paste...Add ¾ litre milk...Stir until boiling point and mixture has thickened..Add in 1 cup grated cheese .pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.Leave a side.
To assemble:Grease a pyrex.Place half of the chicken.Put half the tomatoes mixture.Place lasagne sheets.Pour over half of the white sauce .Then put again...chicken... tomatoes mixture...sheets and white sauce.Grate cheese On top...and sprinkle oregano.Leave for few hours.So that sheets absorb the moisture from the liquids and soften up.Bake at 180° till well browned and bubbling for about +-25 minutes
