Half packet fettuccini(u can use any pasta)4 chicken fillets-cubed1 small tin creamstyle sweetcorn1 punnet mushrooms-slices1 packet knorr cheese sauce(or any creamy sauce)Cajun spicelemon pepperground peppercrushed garlic2 tblspns butter1 tablespoon mayohandful dhania (coriander)3-4 tblspns fresh cream
Boil pasta and strain. Mix knorr sauce & add to pasta. Leave aside, Heat butter. Add chicken and all spices. Cook till dryAdd mushrooms. Cool till dry. Add sweetcorn, mayo and dhania (coriander) and simmer for 2 minutes. Add fresh cream and stir well. Add sauced pasta and mix through. Steam for 2 minutes on low
