INGREDIENTS
Pot Pasta exotica~ 1 ½ piece fillet cut in big cubes 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon chicken spice 1 tablespoon tomato sauce1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce 1 tablespoon nandos wild herb sauce 1 tablespoon Mustard sauce 1tblspsteers peri peri sauce 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce ¼ piece freshly squeezed 🍋
METHOD
Boil 2 cups pasta drain and wash and keep aside...Cook chicken with spices in ghee (Clarified butter). Add sauces and cook till done but leave saucy.Add in boiled pasta
Stir fry ½ punnet /sliced mushrooms,small onion cut into rings,coloured peppers & corn .Season with salt pepper add a blob of butter stir fry till water burns out ...Add the stir fry in the chicken and pasta pot
Make a white sauce with:1 tablespoon flour 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) whisk Gradually add milk while whisking and allow it to thicken thereafter add a good amount of tussers cheese or any cheese you prefer and mix till it melted and thick add into pasta and mix through. Serve immediately while hot
