½ kg chicken fillet cubed1 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala1 teaspoon green masala1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon adega spice½ teaspoon garlic pepper2 teaspoon crushed red chillies1 teaspoon garlic flakesSalt to taste as spices contain1tbls lemon juice2tbls mayonnaise2tbls nandos bushveld sauce1tbls tomato sauce1tbls tomato pasteFinely cubed red and green pepper...Method : marinate chicken in all of the above ...cook in butter till done...don't dry out completely... boil pasta of choice... ( normally use linguini but never had )rinse out in cold water... add pasta to chicken and mix well... add 1 250ml of thick pouring cream... add grated white cheddar cheese... bake till pasta warms through and cheese melts...
I added:2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red masala 1 tablespoon @sujees_gourmet_food green masala 1 tablespoon mochachos mild1 tablespoon mochachos hot1 tablespoon @minniesfoods mozambican sauce2 tablespoon honchos spicy mayo1 cup frozen corn 🌽 2 tablespoon mochachos spice (I added my own homemade spice)
