2 cups pasta of your choice. Boiled in salt water with 1 tablespoon olive oil al dente. Set aside.
3 pieces chicken fillet cubed
1 clove garlic thinly sliced
1 green chilli sliced
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoon jeeru (cumin)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 cup milk
2 teaspoon corn flour
Salt & pepper to taste
1 ½ circle Feta cheese
Heat pot with oil, garlic and chilli for one minute.
Add chicken with rest of spice.
Cook until chicken done, then add 2 tablespoon mayonnaise mix in.
Gently toss pasta with chicken.
Bring above to boil in a saucepan until slightly thick.
In a pyrex dish layer the chicken and pasta, pour sauce over, then feta lastly sprinkle a good amount of cheese and parsely. Bake on 180 deg until cheese has melted and heated through.
