RECIPE
4-5 chicken fillets Trim, wash and drain
Mix together:2 teaspoons @inapaarmanskitchen cajun spice1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon @inapaarmanskitchen chilli & garlic seasoning 1 teaspoon mixed herbs ½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
Rub each fillet with olive oil on both sidesSprinkle seasoning and rub over fillet
Warm some butter in a grid panAdd chicken to pan and cook till done. Cook on medium - low heat till lightly charred.
Boil penna pasta or any pasta of your choice till al dante. Reserve about ½ cup pasta water.
In the same pan as the pasta or the chickenMelt some butter, add 2 teaspoons chopped garlic, pasta water and 2 tablespoons corn flour, keep whisking, add 1 cup fresh cream and 1 cup milk. Season with salt and cajun spice. Add cheese and pasta. Mix. When plating serve pasta and add a fillets sliced over pasta. Garnish. Enjoy
