1 roll Fatimas pattha
1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn
½ tin coconut cream
125ml fresh cream
Grated gouda cheese
Preheat oven to 180 degC.
Place sliced pattha in greased pyrex dish.
Bake in oven for 10min.
Brush with chutney.
Mix creams and corn and pour over.
Bake for 20-30min.
Remove from oven, sprinkle cheese.
Crush over fried samoosa pur. Serve hot
