INGREDIENTS
1 roll store bought/homemade pattha (12 or more slices)Red chutney1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn½ tin coconut cream½ cup fresh creamGrated gouda cheeseSamoosa pur
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 2. Place sliced pattha in greased pyrex dish. 3. Bake in oven for 10min. 4. Brush with chutney. 5. Mix creams and corn and pour over.6. Bake for 20-30min.7. Remove from oven, sprinkle cheese.8. Crush over fried samoosa pur. Serve hot.
Note: You may also use store bought salsa in place of red chutney, for eg. All Joy Salsa and crush lays chips over the top if you do not have pur.
