Use your favourite recipe for Seekh/Kabaab/CutletFry for 5 minutes lightly drain and line in a casserole3-4 small potatoes peel slice in rings and add ½ teaspoon steam for 8-10 minutes in microwave Drain wellNow place the potato slices on the kabaabs etcSprinkle little lemon pepper and vege spice on the layered potatoesSprinkle little cut up green dhania (coriander)NowSlice thinly half an onionFew slices of red / green peppersSaute the onion and peppers slighltyIn very little butterSprinkle the onion peppersOver the potatoes Cut cocktail tomatoes in halvesOr use chunky chop tomatoesAnd place over the onion peppers1 Fresh Red or Green chilli cut up Put over for colourDrizzle some melted butter over
Bake in oven at 180* for 20-25 minutesServe immediately hotWith rotis rolls etc
