Cubed fillets marinated in:
Peri peri spice
Aromat (a South African Spice)
Ginger garlic masala
Cubed tomato and onion
Finely chopped salad of lettuce, cucumber, tomato etc
Little olive oil
Cook fillets half way then add Cubed tomato, onion and chopped greens. Complete cooking but don't totally dry out.
brush wrap with a little olive oil.
Spread the other side with a mixture of mayo and crystal sauce.
place chicken over Mixture then salad and grated cheese.
Top with another wrap. Brush with a little olive oil.
Before serving heat through on grill or in oven till cheese is nicely melted.
Cut into 4 and serve with sides of choice.
