INGREDIENTS
3 cups dessicated coconut (approximately and 1 cup to roll into)1 tablespoon vanilla essence385g condensed milk
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Add the condensed milk into a mixing bowl together with the vanilla essence and mix.
Slowly add the dessicated coconut, mixing into the condensed milk mixture until a pliable dough is formed.
Roll into little balls, roll into the plain dessicated coconut and place onto the the cookie sheet. Bake at 160°C for approximately 10 minutes until slightly golden brown. Remove, cool and enjoy...
