Gem Squash Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
1 tray baby gem squash
1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn
½ cup fresh cream
Pinch ground green chillies
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon white pepper
Grated gouda cheese
Crushed black pepper
3 large potatoes
Method:
1. Bake potatoes till tender.
2. Peel & dice.
3. Steam gems till tender.
4. Scoop flesh out of skins.
5. Heat fresh cream, add corn, gem squash flesh, spices & chillies.
6. Whisk, add potatoes and cook till thickened.
7. Pour into oven proof dish.
8. Bake in 180degC oven till thickened.
9. Sprinkle grated cheese & crushed black pepper.
10. Melt cheese in oven.
