Chicken :10 - 12 chicken wings with skin½ cup buttermilk1 teaspoon chicken spice½ teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala (crushed red chillies and ginger garlic mixed) 1 cup cornflake crumbs mixed with ¼ cup flour and 1 teaspoon mochachos chicken spice/ Aromat (a South African Spice) and little chilli powder.
Potato salad : 3-4 medium potatoes peeled and cubed 2 eggs ½ cup @nolamayonnaise½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) ½-1 teaspoon @inapaarmanskitchen garlic and herbs seasoning
1. Wash, cut and clean chicken. Drain well2. In a dish / bowl add the buttermilk, chicken spice,lemon pepper and masala. Mix well and add chicken allow to marinade 4-6 hours in the fridge. 3. Heat and medium pot with oil,over medium heat. 4. Dip each drumette in the cornflake seasoning and deep fry until golden and crisp. 5, drain on a paper towel. For the potato salad In a medium pot boil potatoes in salt water) until soft. Remove set aside. Hard boil eggs remove shell set aside. When potatoes and eggs are cooled. Add to a bowl with the remaining ingredients. Mix well chill in the fridge. Garnish with fresh herbs.
