1 tablespoon hummus
Left over chicken
Half avo
Olive oil
Zaatar ( or herbs you have )
METHOD
Toast the bread cut into half
Spread 1 teaspoon hummus on bread layer the chicken and avo .
Serve the remaining avo and hummus on the side with a sprinkle of olive oil and ZAATAR
