RECIPE
1kg fillets cut into big chunks Marinate in:2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ginger garlic ½ cup thick yoghurt 2 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice 1 teaspoon red coloring 3 cloves minced garlic 2 tablespoon oil2 tablespoon aminas Tandoori wet masala 2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon crushed chillies
Marinate chicken in above.
Thread on skewers with robot pepper chunks and red onion pieces.
Airfry 10 minutes or bake till done.
Boil left over marinade with 3 tablespoon garlic butter and 2 tablespoon oilBrush over skewers Serve with chips 🍟
