Tandoori fillets @fouzy_pal_1
1 kg fillets butterflied washed and drained Marinate with:3 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice 2 teaspoon tandoori spice 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red chilli paste Salt1 teaspoon pepper 2 teaspoon Shaan tandoori spice 2 teaspoon crushed chillies 🌶 2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo Red coloring ♥️ ¾ cup sour milk 🥛 ¼ cup oil 🛢
Marinate bake till done.Add 2 cloves minced garlic 3 tablespoon butter 🧈 3 tablespoon oil 🛢 Add 2 left over marinade. Boil few minutes. Baste fillets. Serve with 🍟
