1 kg washed and drained chicken mince 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 1 teaspoon @mrsP's tandoori masala 2 tablespoon fried onions 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs 2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo Chopped dhania (coriander) 2 teaspoon green chillies
METHOD
Mix well. Shape into kebaabs fry in shallow oil
