whole fillet unsliced.Marinate with the following2 tablespoon tandoori masala paste3 tablespoon yoghurtJuice of 1 lemon1 teaspoon garlic1 teaspoon crushed Red chillie1 teaspoon coarse dhana(coriander)1 tablespoon olive oil.A sprinkling of salt
METHOD
Make a paste and smear over the whole fillet.Allow to marinateThe longer the better.Take a large frying pan.Add 100g butter and once melted add the whole fillet.Allowing it to cook nicely, then turning over to cook on the other side. A little splash of water maybe added and pan can be covered for a well done finish.Alternately u can cook until it has reached your doneness.. I sliced the fillet through before it was almost cooked and drizzled the butter between..more butter can be added for a saucier finish.Allow it to rest for ±10 minutes before serving.
