INGREDIENTS
2-3 cups spaghetti (Boil and strain)1 onion choppedHalf kg chicken mince or cubed chicken fillet2 tomatoes grated2 teaspoon chilli powderSalt to taste1 teaspoon green masala1 teaspoon dhanna Jeeeru1 small tin tomato pasteHalf bottle chilli tomato pasta sauce (you can use any variant)
METHOD
1. Saute the onion in oil till light and golden2. Add in the chicken mince with 1 teaspoon green masala ,salt, pinch of turmeric3. Allow to cook4. Now add the tomatoes and all spicesAllow to stick5. Lastly add in the pasta sauceAllow to simmer. Do not dry out6. Add your pasta and give a good mix
Top with buttery mash and a sprinkle of cheese … To assemble.Layer of spaghetti, mince, spaghetti and end off with mash and loads of cheese.
INFO & TIPS
The chicken, spaghetti, tomato chutney can also be layered starting with the spaghetti ,chutney then the chicken finish off with mash and cheese...
I made a separate pasta sauce which I mixed with spaghetti,
Layering : spaghetti and sauce, chicken
And mash on top
