Boil 1 cup rice with salt keep aside
Steam ½ robot cubed capsicums Keep aside
Make tomato chutney with 3 medium grated tomatoes ½ onion grated 2Tblsp oil Little of mustard seeds whole Jeeru (Cumin) (curry leaves remove after cooking) Garlic salt and chilli powder tumeric pinch of sugar Make it a bit runny Keep aside Cook +-¼ kg strip steaks in little 2Tblsp oil or ghee (Clarified butter) add all masalas 1 1 ½ Kashmiri chilli powder +- 2 level teaspoon dhana jeera mix salt to taste ½ teaspoon paprika (¼ teaspoon tumeric optional) A bit of oregano Cook well Till steak is soft and masalas well coated on it Add the steamed capsicums Cook few minutes
Now layer in casserole Rice sprinkle little green chopped dhania (coriander) layer all the chutney over the rice Layer all the steaks Serve whilst hot But Before serving garnish Cut cubes of any cheese or (grate)and layer over And bit more chopped up green dhania (coriander) Enjoy
