INGREDIENTS
Filling :
Braise in ghee (Clarified butter) the following:1 cubed onion1 Β½ cups cubed tri colour peppers1Β½ cups corn
Add:1 kg cubed steak1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 teaspoon garlic 2 teaspoon green chillies 2 teaspoon white pepper Cook well
Sauce:2 TB Butter2 TB flour or MazienaΒ½ teaspoon salt 1 ΒΌ cup milkAdd sauce to steak
Cook till doneCool
Then add:1 cup cheese2 TB Mayonnaise
METHOD
Fill the Samoosas, dip in egg and coat in bread crumbs.
Fry till golden brown.
