INGREDIENTS

Marinate steak of choice in the followingUse quantities according to your own discretion depending on how much steak you cooking
Black and white PepperSaltWorcester sauce Soy sauce Robertsons Garlic flakesCalisto's Texan steak spice
Fry steak in butter ...when almost done add 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard and Nandos pepper sauceCook till done
For the mushrooms🍄
Fry mushrooms in butter with salt /pepper/garlic flakes /Aromat (a South African Spice)
Once cooked add Knorr mushroom sauce (make according to packet instructions )and add to mushrooms give one boil and remove from stove.

When plating ..place steak first then a slice of cheese and lastly the mushrooms Serve with chips🍟 or potato wedges /onion rings
