+- ½ kg Bite size Cut up cubed Rump steakI firstly boiled it a bit with Ginger garlic and kept it aside with the liquid
In a Pot I added 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) and 2 tablespoon oilAdded 1 large Chopped OnionLittle Whole Jeeru (Cumin) , crushed black Pepper Corns and 1 tuj (cinnamon stick)Add 3 Curry leaves 2 small chopped green chilli Braised a bit Added 1 heaped teaspoon my Red Magic Masala ¾ can of Liquidised Tomato onon mixAdded 1 tablespoon Kashmiri Masala 1 teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon Dhana Jeeramux1 teaspoon Garam Masala 1 tablespoon Chop & Steak Spice1 tablespoon Mochacho Chicken spice .Braised TastedAdded a bit of Kashmiri Chilli powder Braised Added the Steamed RumpBraised with spices for 5 minutesThen Added the liquid Let it cook till soft Lastly I added ¼ Cup Fresh CreamCook it had a lovely not too thick gravy Garnished with Chopped Gree and dhania (coriander)Serving SuggestionWas with Stir fried Rice and Naan RotiEnjoy😋
