Spur inspired peri peri steak

Rump steak cut 1cm thick
Marinate in
Salt
Pepper
Crushed garlic
Chilli powder
Lemon juice
Cook with butter till done.


Sauce
Half cup spur peri peri sauce
Blob of butter
Ina Parman chilli and garlic seasoning
Aromat (a South African Spice)
Give one boil
When steak is done pour over the sauce.


Served with creamy butternut and onion rings.
