Marinate 1 kg steak pieces (I use minute steak) 2 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice 2 tablespoon vinegar 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ ginger 🫚 garlic 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red chilli paste 1 teaspoon Cajun spice 1 teaspoon shisanyama spice 1 tablespoon brown sugar2 teaspoon crushed chillies 2 teaspoon chillie powder 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon lemon 🍋 pepper 2 teaspoon Calcutta Portuguese spice 2 teaspoon Calcutta grill dust or 6 gun grill spice ½ cup tomato 🍅 sauce ½ cup steers bbq or monkey gland sauce¼ cup chilli sauce¼ cup oil2 teaspoon @purespice_sa all purpose spice blendChopped dhania (coriander) & sliced chillies
Marinate few hours or overnight.
Cook till done.I pressure Cooked it on high for 25 minutes.I served with savoury rice wedges & coleslaw
