Saucy Steak With Mushroom And Onion Rings

INGREDIENTS

Saucy steak with mushrooms,peppers and onion rings 1kg rump steak1 teaspoon steak and chops spice1 teaspoon barbeque spice½ teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon fine red chillies½ teaspoon salt to taste6 tablespoon tomato sauce2 tablespoon mustard sauce
1 punnet mushrooms sliced1 small onion cut in ringsJulienne 1 green pepper slicedpepper

METHOD

Marinate steak in spices and sauces and cook in butter until tender. Saute onion rings in butter,add pepper and mushrooms and add to steak just before serving.
