INGREDIENTS
500g minute steakRed garlic masalaLemon pepperChillie powerSalt1 tablespoon vinegar25g tomato paste (½ sachet)Mayonnaise2 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoon fresh creamGrated cheeseFrozen Chips- fried Jalapeño slices (I used fresh but pickled can be used)
METHOD
Marinate steak in spices and sauces for 2 hoursHeat pan, add butter and cook steak u til tenderAdd in fresh cream
Fry chips as per pack instructionsPlace half chips at the bottom of PyrexTop with steak and cheese, pour remaining sauce from steak over, and remaining chips.Drizzle over tomato sauce and top with more grated cheese then place jalapeños and bake for 10mins at 200 - or until heated through and cheese has melted
Serve with cheesey garlic rolls
