RECIPE
                      2 tins pink salmon - clean and rinse 
1 big onion 
1 tablespoon salt
½ tablespoon aradh 
1 tablespoon chili powder 
2 tablespoon dhana jeeru (cumin) 
2 teaspoon ground garlic
½ teaspoon ginger garlic
4 medium tomato - liquidised 
1 potato - cut into cubes 
6-8 curry leaves 
Braise onion in oil. Add tomato, spices and potatoes cook till potato is soft. Add in your fish and curry leaves. It takes about 10min to cook. 
2 cups rice
3 tablespoon salt
¼ teaspoon aradh 
To water to boil. Wash your rice and add in pot with your salt and aradh. When rice breaks at a touch strain in a colander and put back into same pot with ½ cup boiling water and leave to steam on low.
