Take a onion braise
1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) seeds
and 1 cinnamon stick till onions brown in ghee (Clarified butter)
marinate meat with
1 teaspoon green chilli masala and garlic oil over night take it out then use room temperature add to braised onion brown the meat add about 500mls water give the meat a good cook thru
add 2 chopped tomato
kasmiri chilli spice or if u Dnt want it strong Portuguese spice and salt pepper braise till makes a thick sauce oil comes to top serve with veg if your choice salad and roti or naan
