RECIPE

1 chicken cut I have used fillet stripsMarinate in:2 teaspoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)1 teaspoon lemon pepper 3 tablespoon mayo3 tablespoon tomato puree 3 tablespoon yoghurt or cream3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)4 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoon chilli powder Few strands Saffron 2 teaspoon ground green chillies 1 teaspoon ginger garlic @purespice_sa
Braise 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red braai (bbq) tikka masala Add in marinated chicken Mix well. Leave to marinateCook till done. Garnish with greens I served with creamy veggies & puris
