RECIPE
1kg fillet or 1 chicken
1 teaspoon crushd chilli
1 teaspoon chilli pwdr
±1 teaspoon salt
1full teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon white pepper
Marinate chick in above and cook in ghee (Clarified butter) till done.
Sauce:
3 tablespoon mayo,
3Tblsp prego sauce,
3Tblsp mustard sauce,
1Tblsp peri peri sauce
,butter as desired. Boil and pour over chicken. Allow 2 simmer. Don't dry out. Garnish with dhania (coriander),
Optional.
Can add 100 ml fresh cream 2 sauce wen boilng 4 mor saucy
