1kg chicken fillets butterflied, washed & drainedMarinate with:1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food garlic1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food green masala 2 tablespoons lemon juice3-4 tablespoons mayo 2 tablespoons garlic sauceA sprinkling ofAromat (a South African Spice) Lemon pepperGarlic salt
Marinate and set in a trayDot with butterBake in ovenTo serve mix some garlic sauce and fresh cream and drizzle over. Serve with spuds or your favorite side
Cheesy spuds
Wash and poke potatoesMicrowave till doneTurning over halfway
Make a sauce with:1 tablespoon butter1 tablespoon corn flour1-2 cups milkAromat (a South African Spice)Grated cheese
Mix together Cut spuds into 4 Squeeze then pour sauce over.Sprinkle paprika Serve
