INGREDIENTS
1 kg Curry mutton pieces, washed2 teaspoon Salt1&ΒΌ teaspoon Black Pepper1&Β½ teaspoon crushed jeeru (cumin)Β½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 teaspoon Ginger garlic1&Β½ teaspoon Red chilli powder
Cut onions, carrots, potatoes, butternut, sweet potato, tomatoes and any other vegetables you like into chunks.
METHOD
Marinate the mutton in the above ingredients.Braise in oil and add enough water for it to cook.When the mutton is nearly done, add in the vegetables and cook until the vegetables are well integrated.
Serve with Couscous.
Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the box.
