2 chickens cut into ¼ers. Make slitsMarinate:2 tablespoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 1 tablespoon Tandoori masala 1 tablespoon Tandoori powder2 teaspoon salt3 tablespoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon chaat masala 3 tablespoon crushed chillies ½ cup oil1 teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon black pepper 2 teaspoon garlic and herb 🌿 spice Juice of 3 lemons 🍋 Red coloring ♥️ 1 cup sour milk or left over dhai
Marinate few hours.I steamed the chicken ½ way then braaied it.Boil leftover marinade with 2 tablespoon garlic butter. Baste chicken Serve with salad 🥗 & fries 🍟
