RECIPE
Marinate 2 kg chicken pieces with:2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 tablespoon ginger garlic @purespice_sa 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
In a pot heat on low 2 tablespoon butter and oil2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) 4 red dry chillies 1 Taj5 cloved minced garlic Braise on low heat.Add in marinated chicken. Cook Β½ way. Remove chicken pieces. Add in 2 teaspoon red masala @purespice_sa 3 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoon oilΒ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon salt add more if needed Β½ tin Tomato puree 1 cup liquidised tomatoes π
Simmer on low till oil comes up. Arrange chicken pieces in pyrex. Pour sauce over. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve with potato wedges puris salad or rice /rotis
I added chicken back 2 pot. Sprinkled ΒΌ cup fried onions and dhania (coriander)Simmered on low and baked it for 30 minutes.I added fried potatoes π₯
