INGREDIENTS
4 large fillets (cut into half lengthwise)1 tablespoon crushed garlic1 tablespoon Calisto's prego chicken spice 1 tablespoon oil 1 tablespoon Calisto's sweet mild peri peri sauce
Sauce:1 tablespoon Calisto's prego chicken spice2 tablespoon Cross & Blackwell Trim4 tablespoon Calisto's sweet mild peri-peri sauce1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon chilli powder
METHOD
Mix together ingredients in pot, add chicken to pot and cook until JUST done.
Pour liquid from pot into saucepan with sauce ingredients. Reduce sauce till thickened.
Pour over fillets and place under preheated oven grill to redden.
Slice buns, place down lettuce, sliced cheese, sliced tomato, chicken fillet and spoon over sauce. Close and serve.
