INGREDIENTS
½ kg chicken fillet sliced into fingers
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon red chillies or to taste
sprinkling of chicken spice
Salt to taste
1 cup buttermilk
1 big packet of doritos (flavour of choice) crushed or any other crisp of choice. (Can be crushed in magimix)
½ cup grated cheese
Combine cheese and crisp.
flour and Beaten egg for dipping fingers
METHOD
Marinate chicken breast in spices and buttermilk for about 2hrs. Dredge in flour, dip in egg wash and then coat in crushed crisp and cheese mixture.
Place on greased oven tray. Don't overlap.
Bake at 180'C for 15-20min covered with foil. Then remove foil and allow to crisp for further 10/15 minutes.
