INGREDIENTS
500g chicken cut into cubes2 carrots peeled and sliced thinly2 big green peppers de-seeded and sliced thinly2 big onions chopped About 7 green chillies sliced..add depending to your likingHalf a teaspoon Ginger and garlic pasteSalt to taste
METHOD
Firstly I start off by making white sauce..I add two tablespoons of butter to pot..let it fry..then add 2 heaped tablespoon of flour to the pot and let it fry for a few minutes then add 500ml milk..add a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar..let it boil while whisking it and leave it one side
Add oil to pot..add onions and chillies and fry till light brown..then add ginger and garlic fry for a minute then add chicken pieces let it cook for about 15 minutes on high..(please note I use gas to cook and so my chicken rather cook fast..so depending on your stove wait till chicken is half cooked) then add carrots and cook for 5 minutes then add peppers and salt..I like my veggies to be half done..please cook them more if you like..add salt to taste ..then add your white sauce to the chicken and let it come to a boil while mixing it..put stove off and it's done..serve with pasta or beautiful garlic bread
