(Serves 2) Ingredients: 2 cobs of corn 1 packet Woolworths fine green beans 4 radishes (sliced) Lettuce leaves Woolworths lime & coriander salad dressing Parmesan powder Butter Salt & pepper
Method: Steam corn, then slice into thin slices and then halves. Steam green beans, slice in halves. Place corn and green beans in oven proof dish. Place few knobs butter, salt, pepper and little parmesan over. Place oven on grill and char. Allow to cool. Shred lettuce. Slice raddish. Toss altogether with dressing.
I served with baked crumbed chicken fillet. & Sliced corn off the cob to eat as a forkful.
