⅛ cup oil1 medium onion grated1 sprig curry leaves1 tomatoe liquidisedSalt to taste1 teaspoon chillie powder½ teaspoon tumeric powder1 teaspoon dherna jeeroo powder1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala 1 tin baked beans / butter beans 100ml water
METHOD
⅛ cup oil1 medium onion grated1 sprig curry leaves
Braise the above
1 tomatoe liquidisedSalt to taste1 teaspoon chillie powder½ teaspoon tumeric powder1 teaspoon dherna jeeroo powder1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala
Mix and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat
Add 1 tin baked beans / butter beans alongside 100ml water and cook for 15 minutes on low heat till done
Garnish with coriander leaves
