Ingredients:4 tablespoon chana flour 2 tablespoon mielie meal 1 tablespoon flour ½ teaspoon baking powder 4 eggs1 large bunch Methi (Fenugreek) bherji (washed thoroughly and then frozen, or 6 small)½ teaspoon saltpinch turmeric powder½ teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder ½ teaspoon ground green chilliesFresh dhania (coriander) (chopped) Shallot (chopped).
METHOD
1. Crush frozen Methi (Fenugreek) berji, so it becomes fine. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Once batter is made, fry in a greased pan like pancakes, until golden on either side.
3. Serve hot with chutney of choice. Or stuff with creme fraiche.
