Poera / Rotla

4 tablespoon Chana flour
2 tablespoon Mielie meal
1 tablespoon Cake flour
½ teaspoon Baking powder
1 large bunch Methi (Fenugreek) bherji (washed thoroughly and then frozen)
½ teaspoon Salt
pinch arad (Turmeric)
½ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
½ teaspoon ground green chillies
Fresh dhania (coriander) (chopped)
1. Crush frozen Methi (Fenugreek) berji, so it becomes fine. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Once batter is made, fry in a greased pan like pancakes, until golden on either side.
3. Serve hot with chutney of choice. Or stuff with creme fraiche.
