INGREDIENTS
4 tablespoon chana flour 2 tablespoon mielie meal 2 tablespoon cake flour ½ teaspoon baking powder 4 XL eggs1 large bunch Methi (Fenugreek) bhaji (Spinach) (or 6 small)½ teaspoon saltpinch turmeric powder½ teaspoon coriander powder ½ teaspoon cumin powder½ teaspoon ground green chilliesFresh coriander (chopped) Shallot (chopped).
METHOD
1. Crush frozen Methi (Fenugreek) berji, so it becomes fine. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Once batter is made, fry in a greased pan like pancakes, until golden on either side.3. Serve hot with chutney of choice. #whenruhanacooks#ruhanaebrahimrecipes#mamataughtmewellrecipes
