Bbq Chops / My Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 kg chops
1 tablespoon garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon red chilli paste
2 tablespoon vinegar
4 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon steak and chops spice
1 teaspoon bbq spice
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon dhana powder
salt
2 tablespoon steers bbq sauce
1 teaspoon steers garlic sauce
chopped spring onions
chopped dhania (coriander)

METHOD

Marinade for few hours or even better over night .Grill on a braai (bbq) or indoor griller .
