8-10 medium hake fillets, washed & cut into chunks 250 ml fresh cream 2 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 teaspoon Robertsons Fish Spice 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon olive oil ½ tablespoon garlic sauce ½ teaspoon red chilli powder Green masala
Mix sauce ingredients together and marinate fish. Lay in a greased ovenproof dish. Dot with butter & slices of green pepper. Sprinkle parsley on top and bake on 170 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
