INGREDIENTS
1 can middlecut tinned fish (cleaned)1 medium potato cubed1 teaspoon mustard seeds1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) seeds1 teaspoon chopped garlic1 teaspoon chopped ginger1 small onion chopped 1 green chilli (I omitted)
1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon Seafood masala ( I used Manis mixed masala) 1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) Jeeru (Cumin) powder 1 teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon garum masala1 teaspoon breyani masala
1 medium tomato finely chopped
Chopped curry leaves Chopped dhania (coriander) leaves
METHOD
Heat oil,add Jeeru (Cumin) and mustard seeds.Saute for a few seconds,then add the ginger and garlic, followed by the onion.
Saute until it starts to turn brown,then add all the dry spices and chopped tomato. Add a few tablespoons of water then the potatoes. Cook until the potato's are soft.
Lastly add in the fish curry leaves and the dhania (coriander).
Adjust seasonings and serve with roti.
