4 -6 pieces Hake fillet 1 teaspoon crushed garlic 1Tblsp tal (sesame seeds) 3 teaspoon olive oil 1 fresh green chillie (deseed and chop) Fresh lemon juice
Marinate fish in above ingredients besides the lemon juice. Drizzle olive oil on the bottom of the foil, then place fish on top of oil and squeeze a little lemon juice on each piece, seal the foil making a parcel. Bake at 180°c for 20 minutes, then open the parcel and grill for 5 minutes. Once fish is done spoon chutney over and serve with rice or chips.
1 onion chopped 1 large tomatoe liquidised Few curry leaves ¼ teaspoon haldi ½ teaspoon jeera ½ teaspoon dhana ½ teaspoon coarse red chilli
Braise onions with curry leaves, add tomatoe and spices and cook until the tomatoe is cooked.
