Fish Filling Credit to My Mum For Samoosa or Springroll
Use 2 cans middlecut Fish Clean remove bones and keep juice from can aside to use later (If using deboned Hake steam first shred)
Braise in 2 tablespoon oil 2 finely chopped onion 1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon fish masala 1 teaspoon Robertson's fish spice 1 tablespoon crushed Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon Dhana powder ½ teaspoon tumeric (tumeric) 1Tblsp green chilli Cook Add 1Tblsp mayonnaise Add 1Tblsp chilli sauce Use a little juice from can Braise Add Salt to taste Add mint. Shallot chopped green dhania (coriander) Optional Is add boiled cubed mashed potato And or cheese Enjoy😉
