1 box Frozen hake fillets or medallions ½ cup woolies Mozambican peri peri sauce 2 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoon crushed garlic 2 tablespoon nandos garlic peri peri sauce Green chillies to taste ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon fish spice Salt to taste if needed
Marinate fish in spices & sauces. Place in greased oven proof dish.Cut green dhania (coriander) and spring onions over. Place cocktail tomatoes and onion rings over. Dot with butter.Bake in preheated oven at 180 till cooked through.Serve with salad and spiced rice.Zaakirah
