My style Naseema Khan (Zulfi)
RECIPE
Use any Fish Eg: Salmon, Hake, Line Fish all deboned
400g Salmon or HakeMarinate with60 g Melted Butter 1 tablespoon Crushed Garlic1 tablespoon Crushed Green Chilli Paste Crushed whole Jeeru (Cumin) 2 tablespoon Robertsons Fish Spice 1 teaspoon freshly Crushed Black Peppercorns2 tablespoon Lemon juice Little SaltGreen chopped dhania (coriander)Shallot Mix Well to make a paste Rub over the fish pieces Marinate Fish slices for couple hours or Overnight
Place the above in a oven proof casserole Add little Mustard sauce over the fish and Pour ¼ cup Fresh Cream overGarnish with Shallot and chopped dhania (coriander) Add again Some Butter over Bake at 200* for +- 10 minutesTHEN FLIP IT OVER and Bake for another +-20 minutes our until done Place under grill for few minutes.
Serve immediately
SERVING SUGGESTION:
SERVE WITH LEMON BUTTER SAUCE A mixture of Mayo Grated carrots With a dash of pepper or Green chilli paste
SALADS / RICE /PASTA/ CHIPS ENJOY😋
