INGREDIENTS
1 small can tuna fish in veg oilFew lettuce leaves1 ripe firm tomotoe1 white or red onionsCucumber cubedSeasoning salt and pepperAvocado, soft to touch cubed or sliced French dressing, mayo, thousand island or honey and mustard sauce Vingerette and olive oil
METHOD
In a fancy bowl, add tuna fish with veg oilChop firm ripe tomotoes add to dish.Optional to use onions either red or white chopped finely. Slice round and chop into cubes those crunchy cucumbers... Tear lettuce leaves. Add olive oil, Seasonings and a fancy dressing either French, or mayo or honey mustard.
Lastly add avos, add lemon juice or vingerette toss lightly just before serving. This salad can be served chilled.
