INGREDIENTS
1 packet tennis biscuits crushed½ tin caramel treat375ml fresh cream/ orley whipNestlé peppermint crisp chocolateAero peppermint chocolate
METHOD
*Best fresh cream and add caramel and beat till no lumps remains.*Spread ½ packet of the crushed tennis biscuit in a tray.*Sprinkle ½ the chocolate over the biscuits.*Layer ½ of the cream over the biscuits and chocolate.*Repeat the process and decorate as desired.(Or in mini tinfoil cups put a Tablespoon of tennis biscuits, sprinkle a teaspoon of chocolate and pipe a rose or drop a tablespoon of the cream over and decorate.)
